What I Think I Know about Dracula

I thought I knew all their was about Dracula growing up. All I was shown through cartoons and tv shows was that he showed up to bite your neck. I did notice it was mostly women around and I never saw him bite a man. It seemed pretty erotic almost back then because he always slow walked the woman down and bit her neck. He also was depicted as sleeping like a bat upside down wrapped up in his cloak. My source of information was usually tv and books after all I am 40+ and he always frightened me around Halloween time because the only way he could be warded off was if someone opened up the blinds and let sunlight in or someone held up the cross or a clove of garlic. We are very fascinated by them because we don’t know the origin of Dracula and whom his next victim will be.
