Victorians Transport and Communication

Their lives were changed when the steamboat railways and telegraph came about. No longer would anyone have to wait until a letter arrived two or three weeks later to spread the news. They now could send their mail and grocery with same day service. They were now able to decide if they wanted to ride first class or ride in the back with the animals they now had choices. It also improved stock for the people they either lost money or gained money with the railway system. Times have definitely changed for the better thanks to the Victorians and their creations.
